Particularly, the beginning of a software product life cycle or of an add-on service is essential. Leondra lean is constructed in such a way that it links the benefits arising from classical project management with the flexibility originated in agile software development methods.
We also take up the development coordination if it is requested by our customers. Then our cooperation with external service providers will face the challenge.
